ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY All readings, spiritual services, and AI-generated content on Mystic Axis are provided for entertainment and spiritual exploration purposes only. Mystic Axis, its readers, and its AI systems do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading or prediction. No reading constitutes professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make based on any content received on this platform. 2. ELIGIBILITY You must be 18 years of age or older to use Mystic Axis. By creating an account, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. 3. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS All readers on Mystic Axis are independent contractors, not employees of Phantom Software Studios. The platform acts as a marketplace connecting clients with independent spiritual advisors. 4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Platform subscription fees are non-refundable. Session refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at admin discretion. Application fees are non-refundable and do not guarantee reader approval. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All platform code, design systems, branding, AI systems, algorithms, and business logic are the exclusive intellectual property of Phantom Software Studios. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement. 6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT Users may not: harass or threaten others, impersonate any person or entity, submit fraudulent payments, attempt to bypass platform payment systems, solicit clients outside the platform, share personal contact information to circumvent fees, upload illegal or harmful content, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. 7. PLATFORM FEES Readings (text, phone, and video sessions): Mystic Axis retains 5% and the reader receives 95% of the session fee, regardless of the reader's subscription tier (Standard, Monthly, or Lifetime). Marketplace transactions: Mystic Axis retains a platform commission on marketplace sales based on the seller's subscription tier — 20% for Standard (pay-per-session) sellers, 15% for Monthly subscriber sellers, and 10% for Lifetime subscriber sellers; the seller receives the remaining 80%, 85%, or 90% of the sale price respectively. Livestream tips: Mystic Axis retains 5% and the reader receives 95% of each tip. Live Q&A questions (paid questions during live sessions): Mystic Axis retains 10% of the question price for Standard and Monthly readers and 8% for Lifetime readers; the reader receives 90% or 92% respectively. All commission rates are applied automatically at the time of payment. Current rates are also shown on the reader profile and reader dashboard. 8. MODERATION Mystic Axis employs AI-assisted moderation and human review. Violations result in progressive discipline: first offense — warning; second offense — temporary suspension; third offense — permanent termination and potential legal action. 9. PRIVACY Your data is protected per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Phantom Software Studios is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any reading or content. 11. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
